  • 160 g all-purpose flour

  • 60 g rye flour and extra for dusting

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 135-145 ml water

  • 2 tsp dry active yeast

  • 1/3 tsp salt

  • 20 g unsalted butter

  • 20 g green raisins

  • 40 g dried cranberries

  • 60 g rum raisins

  • 60 g cream cheese
