Crust

  • 120 g all-purpose flour

  • 7 g sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 60 ml water

 

Filling and Topping

  • 30 g cream cheese

  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 vanilla bean

  • Squeeze of lemon (depends on acidity of plums)

  • 3 plums
